Property Access
- Single level layout. There are 7 steps from the driveway to the entry door.
- The driveway is level and flat, but the last five miles are on a narrow, gravel road.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Minimum age to reserve is 25; this person must stay at the property during the reservation.
- Children are allowed.
- No events allowed.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (6 guests) allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
- Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
- Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
Fees and Payments
- Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

These are sufficient for one or two nights.
