Property Access

  • Single level layout. There are 7 steps from the driveway to the entry door.
  • The driveway is level and flat, but the last five miles are on a narrow, gravel road.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25; this person must stay at the property during the reservation.
  • Children are allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (6 guests) allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
  • Host is not responsible for items left in the home.

Fees and Payments

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics, utensils, and kitchen appliances including stove, oven, dishwasher, and toaster.
  • Bed linens and towels provided.

  • Clothes washing machine and dryer available.
  • Starter set of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These are sufficient for one or two nights.

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector present.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice for all mountain homes. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
